Teacher induction and foothold- professional development with educative mentoring

This presentation in this analysis will focus on the possibilities for the NQT to continue the professional development, trough the experiences they are subjected to in the mentor-mentee relationship. Did the NQTs feel supported? Did they experience educative mentoring. Are they aware of the students learning process? Or is the main focus on personal support for the NQT and a mentor promoting socialization?
